How to Return an Item

1. 1Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
2. 2Email: molkabestdeal4you@proton.me with your order number and reason for return
3. 3We will send you return instructions within 24-48 hours
4. 4Pack the item securely and send it back to us
5. 5Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

Conditions for Return

Items must be:

• •Unworn and unwashed
• •In original packaging with tags attached
• •Returned within 30 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns on:

• •Items marked as Final Sale
• •Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• •Items damaged through misuse

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method:

• •Credit/debit card: 5-7 business days
• •PayPal: 3-5 business days
• •Crypto payments: refunded in store credit or equivalent GBP value

Faulty or Wrong Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at molkabestdeal4you@proton.me — We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund.

Your Rights

Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
